At Shatterlocks, we inspire, motivate and challenge pupils, establishing a safe, and stimulating environment, rooted in mutual respect. We set goals that stretch and challenge children of all backgrounds and abilities and demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour which we expect.

Our school values underpin all that we do at Shatterlocks. We ensure that our values are embedded within our curriculum and school life. The children are explicitly taught about them during our assemblies as well as within our PSHRE sessions.
